• Become a molecule
• Make water and oil mix
• Ultrasonics
• Rinsing & Drying
• Cleaning Equipment

What's in it for you:
  • Participate in hands-on demonstrations with the latest cleaning equipment and technology.

  • "Become a molecule" to visualize the chemistry and interactions that determine cleaning success or failure.

  • Master the science of mixing water and oil and understand the crucial roles of rinsing and drying.

  • Analyze the interplay between effective cleaning and potential surface damage.

  • Practice simple, actionable tests for troubleshooting and monitoring your own in-house cleaning performance.

The morning session will conclude with a quiz prior to the lunch break.

Networking Lunch

Enjoy a complimentary lunch while connecting with fellow attendees and industry-leading exhibitors. Use this time to browse the exhibit floor, meet our sponsors, and discuss the morning’s sessions with peers and technical experts.

1:15 - 4:30 PM

Strategic Insights for High-Performance Cleaning

Hands-on dynamic/interactive activities:

• Biological contamination

• Cleaning, product damage, outgassing

• Become a polymer
• Fixture for effective cleaning - ultrasonics

• How clean is clean enough?

  1. Compare cleaning, extraction, chromatography

  2. Quick in-house testing, monitoring

  3. Use outside labs efficiently

  4. Meet the standards

• Achieve the best cleaning process

What's in it for you:
  • Identify and mitigate biological contamination, product damage, and outgassing.

  • Explore the science of materials and what it means to "become a polymer" for better surface interaction.

  • Optimize fixturing for more effective cleaning, specifically focusing on ultrasonics.

  • Define "how clean is clean enough" by comparing cleaning, extraction, and chromatography methods.

  • Maximize testing resources by balancing quick in-house monitoring with efficient use of outside labs.

  • Implement strategies to meet industry standards and achieve the best overall cleaning process.

Participants will complete a quiz to conclude the Parts Cleaning Workshop.

4:30 - 6:30 PM

Opening Reception
